You can display tasks from multiple 5pm projects in 8am, link them to 8am contacts, add automatic alerts to them and more.
You can also import your Client users from 5pm as 8am contacts. This allows you to track any communications with them in 8am, assign them to events (meetings, calls, etc.) — even recurring ones.
8am and 5pm can work together effectively: 8am can manage the general information about your clients, all the notes and communications, events, meetings and even small tasks. 5pm can manage the projects you do for those clients.
